- Site inspection for infrastructure, Land acquisition granting , Obstruction facility and analyzing scope of work
- Studying method statement, Contract document, BOQ and drawings.
- Preparing baseline schedule and other planning documents.
- Preparing work break down cost break down structure
- Breaking down W.B.S into activities, preparing activity model
- Analyzing activity logical relationship, inter-dependencies Assigning relationship, calendar, resource loading using Primavera 6 v.8.2
- Generating activity codes and duration, scheduling activities in Primavera P6 v.8.2
- Make necessary checks and setting prior to scheduling in primavera
- Discussing and resolving issues on critical, near critical activity and negative float with Project manager - Checking overall schedule in compliance with contract document
- Preparing narrative statement document for baseline schedule
- Preparing manpower and plant histogram for the project.
- Generating cash flow cost loading in P-6.7 for the project
- Prepare master schedule and recovery program
- Prepare Temporary staging area simulation by Google Sketchup for site office setting up in Depot.
- Prepare 3 months look ahead schedule
- Prepare weekly schematic report
- Dealing with time impact and delay analysis
- Revising and re-scheduling the baseline if required
- Coordinating with Engineering for BOQ, cost control issues,
- Coordination with procurement engineer for materials delivery
- Preparing Extension of time claim (EOT), Impact statement
- Producing a weekly progress report based on earned value cost
- Monitoring critical activities in Primavera
- Prepare tendering document for new project depend on assignment from Project Manager
- Cut and Editing the aerial view movie from personal drone support for monthly construction meeting

- Manage manpower productivity, heavy equipment and cost control.
- Prepare daily report and monthly progress report.
- Implement safety rules and regulations.
- Conduct meeting with the client and other site engineers prior to distributing to subcontractor. - Check shop drawing for Preliminary Drawing, Shop Drawing, As-Built Drawing.
- Prepare bidding documentation and estimation data for tender proposed to the client.
- Control and management of subcontractor to working follow up standard design method statement and inspection policy.
- Select the material for construction matching with specification and design concept and propose to he client for approval.
- Prepare documentation for structural work, Architectural work.
- Monitor subcontractor’s performance to ensure work standards are met and on time with specifications and schedule.
- Site mobilization and site facilities (electricity, water, sewer systems, site officer etc )
