I take care for Mechanical and Electrical system installation and two years warrantee period after handover to the client. Too many product and accessories are import directly from Australia. I have to consider these product closely to make sure all accessories is suitable with the main part if not we will be get in to trouble because it take time to order the new one from Australia. I have to discuss with owner sometime due to product specification need to change to serve their requirement , recheck delivery period with shipping team. This are the main equipment exist for the Embassy, please kindly found this below.
- Diesel fire pump cap. 1890 lpm. @ 8 bar
- Other pump for plumbing, water display , pond , sump pit and swimming pool as well.
- Main distribution board for electrical : 3 P , 2500 A , 66 KA
- Diesel Generator 840 KW , 1050 KVA
- Fuel tank cap. 25,000 l X 2 sets
- Fan for HVAC system

I am Engineer base on Thailand. I work as specialist for TA’s product (Ball valve , gate valve , balancing valve , control valve , expansion vessel etc.). I know deep in technical side of product because of that I could be provide recommendation to the builder about HVAC system. Give the client product information to convince them buy our product. Trying to put our product to improve their HVAC system. I some time work as marketing or seller. Some existing building they wasting a lot of energy with the old HVAC system. I do explain them how the system going on like that and why the system consume a lot of energy and how should we do energy saving. h experience than 100,000 pr

I work as building maintenance engineer for this building. Main equipment for this project are
- The water cooled chiller cap. 400 tons X 3 sets
- Centrifugal pump cap. 1800 lpm X 4 sets (primary)
- Centrifugal pump cap. 1800 lpm X 4 sets (secondary)
- Air handing Unit cooling load 750,000 btu X 8 sets (for plaza zone)
- Air handing Unit cooling load 480,000 btu X 10 sets (for office zone)
- Air handing Unit cooling load 72,000 btu X 50 sets (for residential zone)
