Overall management for Warehouse function to accomplish the goals.
• Introduce inventory management to warehouse in order to provide and maintain inventory record.
• Monitoring cycle process in the Warehouse function / operation.
• Regularly review materials, review materials flow to ensure the highest efficiency.
• Ensure the security of raw materials in the Warehouse.
• Provide coaching to all Warehouse staff in Warehouse operations to work efficient and effective.
• Controlling availability of space and preparing storage plan to accommodate received stock.
• Monitoring stock control and preparing report which accurately corresponds with daily actual movements
• Other relate duties as assigned.
