• Clarify the equipment layout.
• Create equipment and material list from piping
diagram and plant layout.
• Assign project team to install plant (Include site
engineer and subcontractor).
• Coordinate with factory team and installation team
for delivery date base on schedule.
• Coordinate with client for progress of project base
on schedule.
• Review the detail of plant installation base on
piping diagram and plant layout.
• Prepare project document for shipment, safety and
