5. Studying about increasing amount of filler in NR compounded latex.
6. Planning gloves dipping processes coordinating planning, compounding, boiler and packing team.
7. Develop method for reusing used former by re glazing the surface of the formers.
8. In charge of R&D former, NR and mechanical projects.

ลักษณะงานที่ทำ
1. Developing method for cleaning compounding tank using organic chemical to remove harden latex covering inside.
2. Coordinating with R&D team for improving latex formulation to be passed customer’s specification requirement.
3. Arranging and plan latex and chemicals delivery by coordinating with headquarter of purchaser team.
4. Arranging manpower to be suitable for tasks needed to be done.
5. Planning of mixing compounded latex to be corresponded with maturation hours and usage time requested by production department.
6. Reporting problems occurring of using new chemicals and coordinating with suppliers to solve the issues.
7. Working on cost saving projects especially reducing consumption of raw latex by increasing filler in formulation.
