• Troubleshoot and investigate the root cause of incidents that happen with application systems (Core Insurance System).
• Work closely with application development teams and vendor to investigate, fix and test applications.
• Reporting and tracking bugs to the development team (Defect, Test Result, Root Cause)
• Use the basic SQL/DB2 statement to query the database.
• Provide IT support to staff / agency by responding to IT tickets/requests.
