planning and defining the skill set needed to perform different roles, designing training programs appropriate to the skill needed, supporting and coaching learner using learning to deliver skills, evaluating the effectiveness of the training program and learning outcomes for Internal Staff and employee of External Staff .Collaborating with other sections, Staff relation /3 years recruitment experience in People management Function/Coaching and Asst. Mgr. in related position with Sale Manager& Sale Staff . Focus on Sale function & front office/Auditer to internal &external staff about operation management and knowledge skill .
