ซ่อมบำรุง อัพเดท ติดตั้งโปรแกรมคอมพิวเตอร์ เดินสายระบบเครือข่ายในออฟฟิต support ทั่วไป และทดสอบโปรแกรม และ check backup server และเช็คกล้อง cctv onsite ในกรุงเทพฯ แทนคนลา และออกปฎิบัติงานต่างจังหวัด preventive maintenance
Provide support to users.
Provide advice and counseling to users on repairs and maintenance of computer
both hardware/software and printer.
Answer incoming phone calls from users to remote user desktop for solving their
problems.
Provide on-site services to customers in Bangkok areas and other provinces.
Monitor and maintain computer systems and networks.
Established a good relationship with customers and employees.
Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers,
and scanners
Troubleshoot system and network problems and diagnosing and solving hardware
or software faults
Repairing and replacing equipment as necessary
Install software required to users.
Set up new users' accounts and profiles and deal with password issues
