1. Support HIS system (SSB) according to the module responsible for each project
2. Gathering business requirements and analyzing of requirements for best solution to customer
3. Training Application [SSB] to user.
4. Notifying the needs of users and analyzing Ready to coordinate with the team to proceed
5. Create manual and documentations for users
6. Act as the coordinator between the programmer , vendor and customer
7. Perform Reporting the defect to the bug
8. Prepare reports according to user requests (crystal report)
9. Basic troubleshoots computer system
10. Application Testing and Support
11. Perform system test for configured system
