1. Responsible for report, presentation, mail and all secretary tasks
2. Co-ordinate and support with all concerned department both internal and external
3. Provide overall secretarial functions to the Managing Director
4. Issue purchase order to import the goods from supplier from local and another country
5. Sending the email to follow shipment and shipping document from supplier for clearing the goods
6. Provide document to open the L/C with Bank
7. Handle some special customers
8. Screen all document and letter before sent to MD
9. Greets Visitors
10. Summarize Sales for present to MD
11. Provide plan deliver the goods to the customers
