-Initiate marketing content to drive traffic and engagement that increase transactions and customer retention
-Responsible for driving customer base growth, increasing customer engagement, building brand awareness.
-Planning budget for social media, reporting, analysis, and recommendations for improving KPIs.
-Execute day to day operation tasks; copywriting, manage, co-ordinate internal workflows.
-Manage and control campaigns and promotions timeline for all online channels.
-Monitoring competitor movements on social media & take counter action in case such movements impact Romrawin.
-Lead integrated online campaigns from concept to execution.
-Manage creative resources including designers and agencies

1st-5th months
-Responsible for food restaurant project (food truck, quick terrace)
-Create concept of shop and truck to serve target.
-Set goal and objective the project.
-Develop a detailed project plan.
-Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
-Perform risk management to minimize project risks.
6th-8th months
Responsible for instant noodles (Wai Wai brand) and new product development project
-Develop and implement the marketing plan of wai wai with promotions and advertising.
-New product development ex. new potential flavor, new size etc.
-Regular market visit in Bangkok and up-country to check customer satisfaction, performance of
promotion including shelf and shop decoration.
-Provide Pre and Post-promotional analysis for supporting cashvan channel.
-Initiate new campaigns for support sale and customer satisfaction
-Coordinate with external company to support the implementation of plan ex. online media channel,
music marketing (concert).
After 9th months
Responsible for dehydrated rice vermicelli (Wai Wai brand), Muslim noodle (Serda brand), Seasoning
powder (Rosded brand)
-Implement the marketing plan of responsible products with respect to brand
-New product development and project management, as well as recommend the activities to the
sales team in order to achieve marketing objective.
-Regular market visit in Bangkok and up-country to check customer satisfaction, A&P impact and
performance including shelf and shop decoration.
-Provide Pre and Post-promotional analysis for supporting cashvan channel.
-Coordinate with relevant functions (internal & external company) to support the implementation of
new project assignment.
