ลักษณะงานที่ทำ
1. Section of transportation.
• Improving a current plan of transportation to the most optimal and efficient.
• Monitoring and tracking vehicles, safety processes and legal regulations to ensure in executing appropriate routes
• Follow up daily transport to ensure that the correct place and product by on-time delivery.
• Reduce the cost of transportation (O.T.) by defining a standard driving time to transport each customer.
• Solving all problems with transportation.
• Analyze and create a new transportation plan for the lowest cost.
• Finding a prevention method for the mistake and delays supply.
• Adjust a vehicle schedule when we get a new customer.
• Survey the customer’s area to analyze the safety of entry and parking.
• Calculate the cost of transportation to inform the sales dept. for making a sale price.

2. Section of the warehouse.
• Arrange to balance stock of all branches to ensure that enough to supply all customers.
• Stock management to safe zones such as a purchase from outsourcing or transfer product between two plants.
• Solving the problem for loss product.

3. Other Section.
• Planning to purchase a new truck to sufficient for the current situation and the future increase of customers.
• Compare break-even point between use a current truck or buy new truck.
• Analyze specifications of the truck and compare a quotation from the supplier.
• Issue a purchase request to the purchasing department.
• Investigate the driver's faults to comply with company regulations.
• Contact with government agencies for transportation permits.
• Create a safety award project to motivate drivers and reduce accidents.
