- A clear understanding of each project in detail - regular meeting with Project Manager.
- Understand and agree in-house quality procedures, standards and specifications to investigate the completed questionnaire.
- Assess customer and project manager requirements and ensuring that the data collected are met.
- Ensure that BRS QA processes are complied with standards.
- Assess quality of fieldwork (based on questionnaire)
- Able to call back to investigate the FW quality of completed questionnaire.
- Work with operating staff to establish procedures, standards, systems, and procedures.
- Communicate with team in a timely manner to inform any area which need improvement regarding data quality from fieldwork.
- Communicate with Fieldwork manager to acknowledge quality of fieldwork and ask to correct the questionnaire.
- Evaluate each fieldwork member based on contacted experience with QA.
- Supervise and co-ordinate with fiedwork team to run data collection smoothly.
- Summary QA work after each project.
- Submit all qualified questionnaire to Data Entry as a specific timeline.
