• Setting training program for users by simulating the real situation of using the real program to see if the customer can use the program proficiently.
• Helping the users fix the wrong and problem, finding the main causes, recommending the way to protect the wrong, and finally create the confident to users that the same problem will never happen again in the future.
• Testing the program in case there’re many features, module newly created or modified from specialized programmer.
• Setting up the program (Implement program) by surveying from the users need and condition and business process.

• Track and report on the success of events, performances, and initiatives, and recommend adjustments to improve future outcomes.
• Oversee the daily operations of the customer service department, ensuring high-quality support for clients.
• Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures that align with company goals.
• Train, mentor, and evaluate customer service representatives to enhance their skills in client interaction and problem-solving.
