• Research market trend and set product position
• Design and develop new car accessories & merchandise
• Planning and control development schedule with Suzuki Motor Japan
• Source and contact suppliers/distributors for new accessories
• Brief product requirement to supplier
• Negotiate purchased price and check breakdown
• Control stock and monitor delivery plan especially back order and imported part
• Support after sales service by coordinating with Dealer and Supplier (Claim and Warranty)
• Create accessories brochure and promotion for special event
• Setup accessories booth in Motor show, Motor expo, etc.

• Check BOM, drawing, process plan and purchased part price breakdown for new project
• Calculate and report cost estimation for RFQ and each development stage by coordinating with MKT, Purchasing, Production and QA for request cost information
• Support cost investigation and ECI
• Analyze cost factor, check profit movement and lead other Dept. for cost reduction activity to achieve company target
• Monitor high risk factor that affect to cost, such as lower actual ordered Q’ty
• Cooperate and support related Dept. in company group (Japan/China/Indonesia) for sharing information
• Setup sales price for exporting to company group
