• Reviewing the project in-depth to schedule deliverables and estimate costs
• Manage all aspects of construction projects. Ensuring that projects are managed to customer demand and add to the image of company.
• Drive the construction activities and ensure the projects are completed on time, with the most effective cost and the highest quality.
• Supervise efficient working of all construction specifications and ensure compliance to all record drawings and monitor monthly payment to contractors.
• Develop a schedule for project completion that effectively allocates the resources to the activities
• Overseeing all onsite and offsite constructions to monitor compliance with building and safety regulations
