- Complete the customer questionnaire, compare or prepare the product specification, Technical / Food safety or Quality information etc. and provide to customer or sale team
- Follow up and update food regulation including Thai and international.
- Label review and comment against with food regulation and standard for new design artwork.
- Team leader when auditing and visiting by customer, Kosher and Halal.
- Internal auditor team for BRCGS, IFS, GHPs & HACCP etc.
- Supplier audit for approval or assessment including Food Safety Standard, BSCI, Occupational Health and Safety and food safety.
Trainer of food safety basic requirement to foreman and forelady after shutdown period (annually) that including GMP/GHP, personal hygiene, allergen management, kosher and halal requirements etc.
