ลักษณะงานที่ทำ
-Research and development new product and improve product as request customer
-Develope new products with customer.
-In process testing.
-Planning for testing E.g. new supplier ingredient/ Cost saving ingredient/ New Raw materials substitute testing.
-Coordinate to Supplier or related department(PN/QA/PD) for new ingredient and products.
-prepare report monthly, Quality Objective of R&D department.
-Product prototype.
-Trial run new product with related department(PN/QA/PD)
-Sensory test (Triangle test,9-point hedonic scale, t-test)
-Shelf life study for all aspects such as Microbiology, Physical and Chemical.
