- Described and provided details of all product to current and new prospect customers.
- Responsible for selling bank products such as deposits, foreign currency transaction, cheque, mutual funds, bancassurance, mortgage loans and personal loans.
- Operate customer services on daily basis and be able to maintain good relationship with customers.
- Handled all inquires from customers and solving for immediate problems.
- Achieved sales volume on monthly basis based on assigned KPI.
- Be able to provide new promotions/campaigns to customers.
