my job responsibilities.
-Performs technical support activities related to manufacturing with engineering approaches to effectively respond to each work request in term of productivity, quality and cost.
- Initiate process spec, product design change by Manufacturing experience for cost reduction & productivity up in New Product qualification and mass production phase.
- Performs yield improvement activities related to manufacturing line, evaluation, data collecting and problem solving.
- Provide technical solution such test criteria, test algorithm, channel parameters optimization for critical problem related product quality or mass-production yield issue.
- Develops Manufacturing tool and equipment to improve product quality and cost.
- Release, add and change process instruction to achieve manufacturing target.
- Coordinates with other sections including oversea organization concerning technical issues related to the product or process.
- Support customer claim, (Analysis root cause, Containment action, Preventive action, to provide 8D report executive summary.
- Six sigma project improvement for DPPM defects reduction.
- Establishes appropriate performance report and performs related work as assigned.
