• Organize, train and control all Quality Management tasks related to the ISO 9001 & GMP.
• Analyze, implement corrective and preventive actions from customer complaints, coordinate with other departments.
• Organize and maintain personnel training records
• Prepare HR documents, like employment contracts and new hire guides,answer employees’ queries about HR-related issues
• Assist HR Consultant by providing relevant employee information (e.g. leaves of absence,
sick days and work schedules)
