● Draft, review and revise contracts, various kinds of commercial agreements and legal documentations such as commercial lease and service agreement, non-disclosure agreement (NDA), services agreement, sales and purchase agreement etc.
● Provide and legal opinion advice on various aspects of law (including commercial, contract, company, land, labor, civil and criminal laws)
● Arrange board and shareholders meetings, take minutes
● Liaison with outsource law firms, DBD and government agencies
● Research new legal enactment or revision and regulations
