ลักษณะงานที่ทำ
Responsibilities
1. Line Control
- Supervise and develop team for highes performance and ensure overall production activities run smoothly with full capacity.
- Control production process and improve production to achieve target.
- Review processing, improve productivity and efficiency of the process.
- Follow up daily productivity, daily yield and send daily/Weekly report to management.
- Analysis problem by PDCA,4M-1E,FMEA,QC 7 tool.
2. Manpower Control
- Forecasting and budgeting to calculate manpower and expense a future weekly, monthly and yearly budget.
- Control manpower and expense to ensure all operation are within budget. Monitor set per headcount by monthly. (Headcount Optimization)
- Sent headcount requirement by weekly to HR .
- Monitor attendance ratio & resign ratio for prepare operator to replace vacant.
- Control spare operator: Replace absent,Request trainning, Mathching skill.
- Utilize excess operator. (Headcount Optimization)
- Suggest expense improvements that increase profits.(Factory Supply / Sub Material / Non Bom Part)

Special Job
- Control Company Spoilage Cost Target.
- Spoilage monitoring and reduction.
- Reduce block stock(Rework).
- Daily/Weekly progress & activity improvement.
- Kaizen activity for support assembly productivity up.
- Reduce manpower (Combine process).
- Reduce TT (Balance Job).
- CUA and INR monitoring (Quality control).
- Detection SWIM ISSUE (Safety, Wrong variant, Incomplete and Missing).
- Review opeator behavier.

- Oversee production schedules and ensure manufacturing process is complete as plan.
- Ensure the client specifications are followed in customized requirement.
- Identify, develop and implement process improvements to plant safety, quality improvement, and process efficiency.
- Control production line to achieve all concerned target as quality, productivity,machine utilization, machine down time ,manpower management.
- Manage all concerned document in production process must consistent with company policy.

- Operation trainning : trainning new operators according to procedure / work instruction or standard document as necessary in process or assigned.
- Calculate material, machine utilization,manpower and OT request for support shipment.
- Improvement: Minor change to up machince efficiency and productivity.
- R&D :New project to respond customer requirement.
- Reduce scrap cost.
- Productivity improvement.
- Integrated IE and Textile knowledge to develop my job function.
