Standard Parts for Press Dies
1. Production planning control & checking, Purchasing raw materials.
2. Create monthly plan, weekly plan, daily plan base on forecast customer requirement and review actual production monthly.
3. Manage on time delivery and transportation cost.
4. Coordinate with concern section to ensure each products meet to delivery date.
5. Create BOM according to document from Engineer on system.
6. Manage Raw material and Finished Goods stock to minimize inventory.
7. Manage Inventory base on company policy. (Safety stock, Dead stock)
8. Design cycle time kanban and control kanban system.
9. Lead meeting problem solving related to Production, Quality, Engineer.
10. Mange manpower to be effective. (Production Control, Warehouse)
11. Summary data and report to management.

2. Receive order from sales department and make production plans
3. Follow up the daily and monthly production results and report to Management
4 .Manage delivery plans according to the customers’ requirement
5. Hold meetings with other departments to inform them the latest production progress
6. Order materials and control the lead time to meet production plans
7. Lead meetings with other departments to analyze causes of the problems and seek methods to solve them
8. Control inventory following the company’s policy
9. Keep appropriate safety stock for both materials and finished goods
10. Plan the most efficient route to reduce delivery cost
