1. Travel planning and booking accommodation as required.
2. Handle all phone calls and mail, screening as appropriate to ensure MDs time is used efficiently.
3. Arrange meetings and seminars, ensuring as appropriate that participants have all relevant papers in advance and ensuring specifically that the MD is well prepared for meetings.
4. Taking minutes at meetings, transcribe and present back to attendees accurately and in the appropriate format.
5. Manage and maintain an effective filing system, ensuring that filing is completed on a regular basis, so all files are kept up to date and can easily be accessed by Managing Director.
6. Plan and organize MDs work schedule to maximize his use of time, allowing adequate time for meetings to ensure that his day runs smoothly and achieved all he has planned.
7. Coordinate with related department and follow up any work required.
8. Translation the contract and others document from English to Thai / from Thai to English as required.
9. Make some translation work for the manager, for written documents or when visiting customers.
10. To perform clerical functions such as preparing correspondence, memorandum, quotation, letter and receiving visitors.
