• Perform check-in procedure for customer airlines, including baggage check for both domestic and international flights
• Prepare flight documents
• Provide flight information for passengers
• Maintain safety and security procedures and standard of both Thai Airways and customer airlines
• Feed the information for quote rate to customers
• Handle all documents ,Process costing and invoicing
• Coordinate with the concern department
• Issue report to the customers at the time line
• Providing service for current customers and retain relationship with them
• Approaching new customers
• Solving problems for customers
• Dealing with external organization
