• Responsible for management project roll out and control issue support to find out solution daily for work in the scope.
• Support issue and process Fire Fighter (Emergency Access Management: EAM) for access control module
• Support issue and process User Access Request and user provisioning
(Access Request Management: ARM) for access control module
• Support issue and process role maintenance, role import and role update
(Business Role Management: BRM) for access control module
• Support issue and process Analyze and Manage Risk, Maintain a Critical Access Rule and process Risk Mitigation(Access Risk Analysis: ARA) for access control module
• Analyzed and respond any issues and update user manual for user
• Support after go live for Project roll out.
