ลักษณะงานที่ทำ
• Providing products and services to customers.
• Providing information related to company product and service to customers.
• Handle airfreight export shipments with customers.
• Arrange space cargo booking for commercial with airlines.
• Keep track all of shipments provided to team.
• Co-ordinate with customers and for exporting shipments.
• Provide accurate information and data for billing with accounting department.
• Provide and excellent service to customers by email, telephone and face to face.
• Manage customer problems and resolve appropriately to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Respond promptly and accurately to customers enquiries.
• Co-ordinate and work with other members of the customer service and Operations team.
• Filling the incident reports and plan for improve service security.
• Investigate on claimed shipments, coordinate with the customers and insurance company.

To handling all Airfreight outbound focusing Commercial Line haul cost.
 To summarize weekly cost report and provide report to Financial Accounting Department and provide cargo sale report to the airlines and IATA Cass.
 To controlling costs whilst ensuring export operational service and quality standards are continuously met.
 To monitor and control include support all about airfreight shipment through complete all exporting process.
 To have a look outbound schedule flight and inbound schedule flight to the customer service.
 To control and provide stock Master Airway bill by direct contact the airlines.
 To do booking space schedule flight with the airlines.
 To provide by complete paperwork for inbound clearance process to customer service and all inbound clearance .
 To implement all related Air Line haul and export outbound process activities.
