-Preparation WPS/ PQR / WQT / Ducument RFI
Welding Engineer (Designed)
-Established Welding procedure, Welding repair procedure and relevant welding manner procedure.
-Randomly observe as a function of welding inspector both field and shop to check all welding parameters
and all factors that would affected on weld production quality.
-Monitoring and observing all inspection and testing activities from the beginning to complete package along with the consulted as need or any technical inquiry.
-Coordinated NDEs outsources and manage team member daily QC progress.
-Guide and recommend all welding activities work collaborate with the production to find out solution and trouble-shooting on shop and filed weld production.
-Responsible internal auditor member and visiting, technical inquires and/or suggestion.
-Quality meetings to uncover root causes of non-conformance.
-Monitor and manage working process and collaborate with production to improve weld production ability rate and reduction weld repair rate.
-Ensure weld map and site weld production that working parallel and correctly.
-Welder qualification test and tack welder qualification.
-Tracking welding production rate and weld repair rate, along consolidate the quality and workmanship.
-Tracking all NDE status and verified validity of workmanship.
-Review inspection report; Welding visual report, Welding traceability, NDE Report etc.
-Manage QC inspector and others subsidiary staff and be backup on their technical or argue between any party.
-Coordinate quality and workmanship between client and company.
