ลักษณะงานที่ทำ
Daily check email from the clients. Issue the quotation by following the requirement from the clients via SAP system. Before sending the quotation, I must check the stock available for each fabric. If it is available, I have to reserve it first then inform the clients. If they have already made a payment, I have to coordinate with the store department for cutting the fabric. Then coordinate with the dispatching department for delivery the fabric.
If the fabric isn’t available, I have to coordinate with the factory about the lead time of production the new one.
