Responsible for soliciting and interacting with customers and providing them financial solution
2 Understand customer's needs, provide guidance and sell loans
3 Educating and advising customer on credit condition
4 Performing required day-to-day operation including application process, customer interview, and loan disbursement
5 Administering branch operation and providing superior customer service
6 Verifying and ensuring the completeness and correctness of application & supporting documents
Preparing credit verification and budget analysis
Providing required report and supporting document to
central operation
Ensuring good compliance with credit policy and Citigroup policy
