2 Spare parts
- Prepare and manage the annual maintenance budget and forecasts
- Controlling spare parts
3 Preventive corrective maintenance
- Design schedule for PM plan
- Manage the overall of machine
1.Primary processing machine Mixing, Bottle filling and Tube filling
2.Secondery processing machine Labeling, Cartoning and Shrink
- Manage the overall of facility
1.HVAC System Chilled Water , Air Conditioning and Ventilation
2.Water System Purifier Water, Factory Water System and Soft Water System
3.Compressed Dry Air
4.Gas System
5.Fire Protection, Fire Alarm, CCTV
6.High Voltage, Transformer, Low Voltage and Small Power Distribution
- Monitoring and controlling maintenance job
4 Purchasing
- Coordination with the purchasing department to order spare parts Liaise between
purchasing and Supplier

Lubricating) for Machine
- Establish Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE)
- Maximo System: Create Purchase Requisition/Stock Receive /Stock tranfer
- SAP MM System: Create Purchase Requisition/Stock Receive /Stock tranfer
Assit. to CEO
- Reporting : something unusual is happening each day to the chief
- Analyses and improve the process,
