• Led end-to-end product development for EZY Choice brand (Ready Meals: chilled & frozen), from concept design to commercialization.
• Provided technical consultation on food formulation, ingredients, processing methods, and production feasibility.
• Reviewed and approved product specifications, recipes, and quality standards in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
• Acted as external auditor and technical representative for partner factories (including CPF), ensuring compliance with food safety and quality requirements.
• Coordinated cross-functional teams (R&D, QA, Production, Packaging, Procurement) to align product quality, cost, and timeline.
• Developed and validated packaging specifications, labeling information, and artwork content in accordance with regulatory requirements.
• Supported management with technical analysis, risk assessment, and problem-solving for product and process improvement.
• Experienced in working with multiple suppliers and factories, managing communication and technical alignment remotely.

• Senior R&D role with full on-site responsibility.
