Responsibility
- Break down schedule separate from the master schedule(Number of workers required , Estimate material & machine )
- Create work instruction documents to send to safety officer , Project engineer & Project manager for approval before starting work.
- Schedule a meeting with Sub- contractor , M&E team once a week. In order to follow up on the work and notify information
- Create daily report , weekly report , monthly report(Update in the area of responsibility)
- Supervise the construction of sub contractor to comply with the plan. Correct And quality
- Inspection all item in civil work and make photo report
- Coordinate with M&E team of plans and procedures. Use of workspace
- Check the amount of work that the contractor for payment
- Safety talk every day before start work (In order for workers to understand the work and reduce the risk of accidents occurring)
