Bancassurance and Partnership Channel
•To supervise Branch Relation team and ensure strong relationship with Partners’ branch management/staff.
•To maximize sales at Partners’ branches.
•To ensure smooth sales/services and operational processes as well as compliance of the Company guideline.
•To monitor competitors’ activities and take appropriate actions.

Telemarketing Channel
•Developing and sustaining solid relationships with key clients that bring in the most income for the company.
•Acting as the main point of contact between key clients and internal teams.
•Supervising the account teams assigned to each key client.
•Developing a thorough understanding of key clients' needs and requirements and preparing customized solutions.
•Analyze lead and sales performance included sales process management.

Online Channel
•Prepare and execute offline and online performance analysis.
•Propose and manage digital marketing campaigns.
•Analyze and report all result of marketing plan.

Bancassurance Channel
•Provide advice to commercial about a variety of financial matters and promote insurance services/products, to help these clients run their operations such as PA for special client group product, Industrial All Risks Insurance, Contractor’s All Risk Insurance etc.
•Plan, provide and develop Mortgage Insurance as client’s requirement.
•Banking customer migration project, to quote insurance products package, insurance premium and attend the bidding with other insurers.

•Create and deliver unique business cases based on specific outcomes that drive each engagement.

Digital Marketing (Project Manager)
•Be a project manager for develop and implement digital marketing online platform.
•Develop and manage projects and team members, including delegating tasks, reviewing team member work, adhering closely to deadlines and to budget, developing and revising ideas, and implementing projects.
•Coordinate with advertising and media experts to improve marketing results.

•Overseeing and developing oversea marketing include planning, sales distribution.
