Greeting Co-owners and Tenants at front desk every day and make them feel warm to be here. • Get complains or problems from the Co-owners and Tenants who live in the condominium to solve the problems. • Support and coordinate with technicians, housekeepers, security guards and juristic person office to make work goes smoothly. • Prepare monthly reports such as Photos of work report, Attendance report, and Weekly report to building manager. • Issue announcement and post it on the board in the building to let people know. • Provide information for the customers who want to rent or buy the condominium and coordinate with sales team of Savills.
