4. 6 years of experience delivering end-user support services experience managing
desktops, laptops, and networks within an enterprise environment.
5. Supporting a large user community of mobile users (more than 200 users at HQ
and 500+ at branch) in Thailand and Oversea.
6. Working with ticketing systems (Service now) and under SLA.
7. Support conferencing equipment such as Zoom/Webex/Team/Google meet
rooms for Executive or VIP’s guest visit.
8. Supporting with SaaS applications (NAV, TIgersoft, ITEMs, Power BI)
9. Supporting and Manage Azure
10. Supporting and Manage O365 license (ManageEngine)
11. Supporting and Manage google workspace license (Google dashboard)
12. Ability to be service-oriented with customer-oriented experience
13. Experience providing white-glove IT support for VIP Person (Executive or
above)
14. Experience with MDM clients for mobile device configuration
15. Experience with Asset tracking and proper workflows to ensure all technology
equipment is tracked properly
16. Image (Built/Re) via Intune, USB, PXE (Admin privilege)
17. Experience to organize and prioritize assigned tasks/projects
18. Experience in Purchasing field - Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Maintenance Server via third party - Order processing, checking stock records,
monitoring movement of consignment stock report, and forecasting - Budgets
management - Consult and meet with suppliers for product information
19. On/Off boarding Process (preparation and training)
20. Ability to effectively work independently, and as part of a team
