Assist Training teams to organize and prepare administrative tasks in pre- during- post training programs, such as, prepare all training materials, equipments & concerned facilities, training evaluation data, food & beverage, update overall evaluation form and check pre-post training test etc.
Prepare and submit payment voucher, expense documents and tax documents
Keep track and update budget spending against fin plan
Coordinate with vendors and training coordinator
Upload report, Hand book, Learning material cement Etc. on System ( Knowledge Management system)
Assist Admin Manager in daily administrative duties for the company
Responsible in issuing invoice and receipt
All related tasks which may be assigned at management discretion
