ลักษณะงานที่ทำ
1.Develops in-circuit test fixture and software and/or co-operates with outside vendors on this activity.
2. Designs and builds functional testers and test software programs to cover product test specifications.
3.Supervises and trains test technicians to perform all activities related to testing programming and preventive maintenance.
4.Supervises and trains production supervisor and production test operators to operate test equipment,
device programming,test products,rework and debug produces to fix failed boards.
6. Performs or co-operates with concerned persons to maintain product yields.
7.Evaluates the failures at the test area and reports the results found to concerned persons for corrective actions.

• Buy off new machine for confirm specification and capability machine before release to production line.
• Plan to set up equipment machine for support Test production manufacturing line
• Resolve machine issue and improve equipment machine
• Control machine down time
• Analyze abnormal occur on Test equipment machine as product damage, material scrap and then make solution to resolve
• Monitor hard down equipment machine and repair.
• Coating new technician to operate machine, set up machine and repair machine for support test production line
• Carry out new equipment installation and machine retrofitting upgrading project.
• Plan and carry out preventive maintenance and calibration as well as undertake final test, calibration on the production line.
• Lead a team of Technician / Technical Specialists in new equipment installation and machine retrofitting/upgrading projects.
• Monitor suppliers’ performance to ensure that they are contributing effectively to company.
• Prepare documents for implementation equipment Test machine product and confirm parameter.
• Make a new project which improve machine efficiency for support manufacture line
• Analyze machine problem which found on testing process test semiconductor product as chip out product, wrong orientation product in reel, wrong die product, product loss in reel and fix problem.
• Create preventive maintenance spec machine for technician do PM and update on document spec
• Create work instruction machine spec for operator can work on machine and update on document spec
• Training structure and basic preventive maintenance machine to new technician
