Manage overall productivities from the begin which are Mixing, controlling capacity, manpower, managing and controlling the production resource in order to keep the production target.
Manage manpower (about 80 person) to control all process function in order to maintain and monitor the quality of product, correction and solving the problem in the process
Manage production planning , improve and develop process to keep the KPI target of the productiviies , controlling to reduce the loss in the process
Coordinate with another Department.

Assign to join the organization activity such as ISO committee.
