- Update patch ESXi Host , vcenter firmware hardware HCI environment
- Monitor Infrastructure all vcenter and balance workload resource
- Support BCP , ITCP Loadtest DC , DR
- Support Incident based on SLA
- Performance and utilization report for support new project with vRealize Operations Manager
- Support fix vulnerability assessment (VA) scan VMs
- Provision VMs and manage HCI resource. Migration VMs Troubleshooting and support incident
- Monthly HCI capacity and storage Report
