- Implement the Valor Process Preparation program with all HANA npi products for DFM, Stencil Design and Engineering Documentation.
- Support NPI Data Correction and centralize between customer data and in-house data.
- Support NPI Design to identify process risk and correct part selection before production build.
- Design and Review the VPP DFx/DFM Rule to comply with IPC standard and actual process capabilities.
- Identify where automation can be developed to improve the VPP job process time and data export accuracy.
- Centralize the NPI stencil design revision to reduce error and shortens the review cycle between manufacturer and stencil maker.
- Create a clear work instruction for NPI assembly processes to eliminate production process errors.
