- Inspection villa and tender quote service for pool, garden, cleaning, technician and villa assistant service to villa owner.
-Take care customer.
- Prepare contract agreement for villa which agreed to use service.
- Coordinate with subcontractors.
- Prepare monthly report for each project.
- Prepare anual meeting.
- Prepare monthly report and keep record for float balance of villa and report to owner.
- Prepare monthly income summary.
- Prepare quarter meeting.
- Correspondence e-mail with villa owner and concern person.
- Contact sub-contractor and check the work when villa owner would like to do additional work.
- Monthly inspection villa, pool, garden and common area in order to ensure villa and common area is in good condition.
- Follow up and check staff or sub-contractor performance in order to ensure the work is carry on standard and owner’s requirement.
- Coordinate with concern person as villa owner request.
