1.Control quality management system all process and update record quality analysis every month to GM
2.Report customer & consumer complaints to GM
3.Monitoring yearly plan of document control every department
4.Leadership management GMP, HACCP , FSS22000 ver5.0 of factory.
5.Leadership management Internal Quality audit , CB audit , Halal FDA, DLD audit and customer audit
6.Monitoring yearly plan of supplier audit every year and control
7.Follow up and corrective action customer complain to GM
8.Leadership document control of factory and update Procedure ,WI, SD, Form all départment and documents review all years.
9.Leadership management review of year to GM, and Leadership test Mock up recall and traceability all year and report to QA manager & GM
10.Training Food Safety for new employee and new supplier
11.Follow up yearly plan of training for employee by in-house training , public training and external training
12.Follow up training need of employee in depth to HR
13.Report update Quality KPI every monthly to GM
14.Support Safety officer to management ISO14001:2015 , ISO45001 and control SEDEX ( SMETA) of customer to standard.
