● Coordinate and arrange meeting receive customer feedback and present Containment/8D report to customer
● Issue eCAR, follow up/audit all actions responded in 8D report
● Issue ECN/EW document for control procedure
● Educate and advise QC operator to ensure quality procedure is being followed all stages of operation
● Ensure the quality of product meet with customer expectation and work closely with team to improve quality

● Manage product management team ( Project team ) consist by functional Dep.Staff
● Set clear direction and make total optimized decision in each status
● Collect useful information from customer via NPI. And distribute necessary information to concerned
member includion customer with quick action.
● Approve & report quality status (Daily , Weekly , OK2S , OK2B FACA ) of NPI product.
● Coordinate / instruct & follow up necessary action such as each review meeting & improvement action on time
● Responsible engineering notic that request by customer or PCE ( Printed Circuit Engineer for
product's quality measurement included production changing for meet customer requirements

● Design control and develop document system which response quality of product and process
( PPAP, FMEA, MSA, Quality Plan , Process Flow Chart , Design change , BOM , Drawing )
● Responsible for support online system. (Keeping Document )
● Responsible for support First Lot ( Hold a meeting , Control process and product )
● Responsible for support internal audit and external audit ( ISO , TUV , UL ,VDE)
● Cost reduction (VA/VE)
● New product Cost Calculate, and Making sample for meet customer requisition.
● Responsible for support manufacturing operation including time/motion study,
production line layout, standard hours, standard usage, and assembly line balancing.
● Manage quality control, and develop document systems which respond Quality Assurance System
and Quality improvement.
