The duties are managing all administrative staffs to process and follow up the sale promotions memo to pass through all approval lines. Managing, checking and following up both sales and my staff to clearing all invoices to finish them in time. Clearing all sales monthly expense such as fuel, expressway and entertainments expenses. In other hand I am the center of sale departments who communicated, find out and then answer or report to internal relate departments.

Responsibilities are covering for 4 positions, Customer Service, Purchasing, Export/Import and Projector New Product.
Customer Service Responsibilities
Review customer service person, to provide one-stop service starting from order until delivery to facilitate customers
Take action for master plan and order management to ensure that all products are managed properly and timely
Received complain and find the way out to the customers with least company cost.
Follow up the invoices that over dued date with the customers.
Be the point of contact to solve the problem which effect with delivery, quantity and quality of products
Project responsibilities
Fide out whats customer want, give information, suggest, the new product to meet customer requirement.
Monitor and track project progress, and announce to other relate positions.
Prepare the new components with the suppliers such as header card, clamshell, and sticker.
Develop the new components with suppliers.
Prepare the new quotation or update quotation to meet customer requirements to MD to review before sending to the customers.
Purchasing Responsibilities
Review purchase jobs such as issue new POs, and checking purchasing documents.
Negotiate with suppliers to meet target price with same or better quality.
Find out the new Suppliers, and co-ordinate with them starting from sourcing, requested quotation, test sample, ordering and until finish the payment with them.
Import Export Responsibilities
Review Import-Export jobs such as
o Compare and choose the cheapest freight forwarder but under reasonable lead-time and service,
o Process Import/Export document for customers such as C/O, Invoice, packing List.
o Process weight & Dimension of shipment and quad the freight cost to Customers.
Process quotation under 2011 inco-terms as the freight team that agreement with the customers.
The duties were assist guests entering into the park, accepting tickets from guests, verifying authenticity of each and scanning the bar-coded of admission tickets. Also assist guests when exiting the park, placing reentry stamps on each guests wrist and giving directions to various places of the park.
After training, were assist guests in purchasing admission tickets to the park, explaining prices and discount promotion, explaining the condition of coupons and payment, and distributing admission tickets to guests.
