ลักษณะงานที่ทำ
:- Production Supervisor Function
- Review HCs versus production plan by daily, weekly , monthly and forecast HCs
- Manage 2 teams of more 20 persons per team to working in shift SPECIAL QUALIFICATIONS:-
- Supervised manpower under controlled working trought to goal objective
- Organize manpower on hand to right jobs refer the priorities of work COMPUTER PROGRAMMING:-
- Monitoring output vs Shippment planned 1. SAP Application program : MM and PP Module to used in prodcution and planning
- pushing to be FG support shipment and customer require 2. Microsoft office ; Word, Excel, Powerpoint for create and summary report
- Summary output report and distribute to team(daily,Weekly,Monthly report) 3. Internet, and Windows.
- control overall production line (5s,descripline,activity,committee)
- Create report fo present by daily, weekly to HOD

- :- Production Planning Function
- Working with team (Sale,PC,WH,Prod,Eng) review customer demand to be weekly production plan ( Master Plan )
- To do sub-plan from master plan to be daily plan for production
- Distribute plan to production leader and monitoring by daily
- Co-ordinate with 1st outsourcing and send the parts for assembly and follow up (plating process)
- planning requirement output from 1st outsourcing and follow up the output from 1st outsouce to supply
the part to 2nd outsource for next process (cleaning)
- co ordinate with 2nd outsourcing to do final process and ship FG part back for shipping to customer
- planing requirement output from 2nd outsource and follow up
- Summary planned and monitoring actual for negotiate with sale and commit to customer
- pushing to be FG support shipment and customer require
:- SAP Supervisor
- Supervised to SAP staff work support production line ( issue production order,Confirm data in SAP system etc. ) REFERENCES:-
- Controlled variance of material in production line ( Stanless, gold stainless,Chemical )
- Controlled FG in production inventory and WIP in line (Aging,Correctly,Cost and variance) - Mr. Thammanoon sorntham,Production manager,Smartrac Technology
