Production Planning
- Manage the daily, weekly and monthly planning processes.
- Plan and monitor the materials and products used.
- Organize and respond to production schedule changes.
- Updating and following up on supply reports and distributing them to concerned parties.
- Managing the planning and scheduling of material processes in accordance with production schedules and customer requirements.
- Co-ordinate with Sales, Purchasing and Production for supply chain planning.
- Responsible for project planning & setting of process parameters / standards for manufacturing.
Quality Control
- Control Attendance of Subordinate
- Control of inspection tools used to check the quality of the output.
- Collect the results of the production that there is a problem.
- Assign responsibilities and monitor the performance of the subordinates to meet the plan and standards.
- Individual mapping
- Measurement by testing and evaluation.
Warehouse and Logistics
- Manage supply chain inventory (Finished goods, substrate and packaging) based on target levels, forecasted demand and meet working capital requirements.
- Obtain customer’s forecasts and provide material requirement plans to suppliers.
- Compute and review the inventory targets and ensure these are appropriate to the forecasted demand versus actual inventories in place to ensure shortages and excesses are minimized and communicated clearly.
- Develop strong relationship and effective communication with customers and selling sites.
- Work with customers and selling sites in forecast accuracy improvement
