●Report directly to process engineering manager.
●Process improvement for better productivity.
●Estimating manufacturing costs of a new product or process.
●The scope of work will include working with respective sections to establish the specification of product in order to meet, Maintain and improvement according to the customer requirement.
●Contact with suppliers to support new product ,mould maker and raw material.
●Prepare of work instruction.
●Create BOM.
●Design assembly jigs and packing method.
●Interface with production on all activity associated with new process implementation and transfer.
●Responsible for developing, qualifying and implement of new plastic injection ,metal stamping, painting and other specific process.
●Prepare the necessary tools and equipment for the production.
●Follow up master plan for new product development.
●Analyze and documenting the result of process evaluation and prepare technical report.
●Design Jig&Fixture support new model.
●PPAP&APQP Issue support.
