ลักษณะงานที่ทำ
1.ดูแลระบบ MIS, รวมถึงระบบ / โครงสร้างพื้นฐานเครือข่าย, ERP และไอทีที่เกี่ยวข้อง
2.จัดทำงบประมาณและแผนงานประจำปี
3.ควมคุมการดำเนินงานที่เกี่ยวข้องกับระบบ Server , Mail Server , Antivirus Server , Files Server,Web Server,Appication Server , AD, OU, Forest Domain ,DNS Server,Dhcp Server, WiFi hotsport
4.ตรวจสอบการทำงานรวมถึงการวางโครงสร้างของระบบ Network ,Switch,Firewall,Fiberobtic
5. ปรับปรุงโครงสร้างพื้นฐานด้านไอทีเพื่อรองรับผู้ใช้งาน
6. ติดตั้งซอฟต์แวร์และฝึกอบรมการใช้งานระบบขององค์กร
7.กำหนดสิทธิ์การใช้งานของบุคลากรตามนโยบายขององค์กร
8.ควบคุมและบริหารจัดการทัพยากรณ์ทางด้านไอที เช่น Brandwith , Storage , Intranet , Internet
9.ตรวจสอบการใช้งานระบบผ่าน Wan /Lan เพื่อป้องการบุกรุกจากภายนอก
10.ดูแลระบบบริหารทัพยากร ขององค์กร (ERP/MRP/POS/ACCESS CONTROL/CCTV)
11.วิเคราะห์ความต้องการในการพัฒนาระบบและดำเนินการบริหารจัดการโครงการการประเมินผลระบบและการบำรุงรักษา
12.วิเคราะห์และรวบรวมความต้องการทางธุรกิจ
13. การตรวจสอบวิเคราะห์และจัดลำดับความสำคัญการร้องขอที่เกี่ยวข้องกับไอที
14.จัดหาเทคโนโลยีฮาร์ดแวร์และซอฟแวร์ต่างเพื่อปรับปรุงการใช้งานของบุคคลากรในองค์กร
15.จัดการฝึกอบรมเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพการทำงานของพนักงานและการพัฒนาขีดความสามารถของทีม
